In the never ending war of American Muscle, the SVT Cobra name holds a special place on the battlefield. SVT was publicly launched in February of 1992 with an overall goal of reaching automobile enthusiasts while simultaneously 'polishing the Ford oval.' With the 4.6L engine introduced in 1996, Ford utilized a DOHC set up in the Cobra. With ratings of 305 HP at 5800rpm and 300 lb-ft of torque @ 4800rpm, the Cobra was factory-capable of 14 second quarter mile trips, with a trap speed of 101.6 mph. This Cobra further shows that a snake bite is more powerful than a horse bite.

Wrapped in the factory exterior of Laser Red Clearcoat, the '98 SVT Cobra saw an overall production number of 8,095. This Cobra is one of 484 produced in 1998 with the interior and top combo of leather and Saddle. The suspension has had a very healthy Steeda treatment with front and rear struts, lowering springs, Polyurethane front & rear spring isolators, ball joints, A-arm bushings, Billet caster camber plates, upper and lower rear control arms, front and rear sway bars and some other goodies. A new set of Firestone Indy 500 tires were installed about 2,000 miles ago. Speaking of mileage, this Snake has 84,861 Actual miles as stated on the title, and a clean CarFax to back it up!

The Saddle interior is in great condition and comes with Saddle Cobra floor mats. Loaded with options like A/C, power steering, power brakes, power top, power windows, power locks, tilt, cruise control, AM/FM/CD, leather seats, power mirrors, and more! The convertible top retracts and pops back up as it should to keep you dry when the rain starts coming. It also comes with a convertible top boot which looks fantastic.
