Third gen Camaro's are always a hit and this 1989 Camaro RS Convertible is the rarest of the bunch from 1989! With a total production of 110,739, ONLY 3,245 left the Van Nuys assembly plant as RS Convertibles which makes the RS's even more rare than the IROC-Z Convertibles!

This example has been in the same family since the 90's and is mostly original. Boasting a clean CarFax that traces up to where the current odometer reading is at, we would not be surprised if the mileage is true, although we cannot claim it since the title shows Exempt.

Having left the assembly plant with the Tune Port Injection 305 V8 coded “L03” and mated to the 4-speed automatic, there's a lot of pavement left to be seen. The white paint is in driver-quality condition and the black convertible top has been well-cared for.

The gray interior is in very good condition for being original. With a minor tear in the driver seat bolster, the only “need” is a new head unit which could be debated as the Flowmaster exhaust sings a beautiful tune.

Low mileage, unmolested third generation Camaro's are becoming harder to find and this example is ready for a new home!
