You are looking at 1 of just 1,294 IROC-Z convertibles built in 1990! That makes this a very rare future collectible! This Camaro has a clean CarFax and a clean Florida title. The RPO sticker is still in place in the center console, along with the factory door stickers including the ASC conversion sticker. Chevrolet didn't produce any convertible Camaros in-house. They teamed up with ASC to convert coupes into convertibles, and production numbers were always low, with 1990 being the lowest production by a pretty good margin.
This car is in driver quality condition and has had some upgrades to make it the muscle car it should have been from the factory! A 350 CID V8 engine was professionally installed which moves this car along nicely! It has a great sound through dual exhaust. The 16” alloy wheels look fantastic paired with a fresh driver quality paint job and new IROC-Z decals. The black convertible top is in good shape as well.
Inside is pretty stock except for the added AM/FM/USB radio in the dash. The black and gray cloth bucket seats pair well with the black dash and center console. You will see power windows, power locks, remote convertible top hatch release, tilt steering wheel, and power driver's seat options from the factory.
Under the hood presents well and shows off the TPI 350 engine with A/C (needs work to function), power steering, and power front disc brakes. These cars look cool, handle well, and are a ton of fun, for not a lot of money. This is one that is sure to go up in value in time if you take care of it and improve on it as time passes.
