This very clean and original 1986 Mustang GT Deluxe Coupe features an ultra-desirable original black paint and is documented and registered as #420 in the Mustang GT Registry. This Fox body's 5.0 302 engine with 5-speed manual transmission offer a mouthwatering combination of quickness and acceleration straight from the 80's. The engine runs strong and transmission is very tight with excellent shifting. The 3.08 Traction Lok rear end ensures the stability and maneuverability that you would expect in an original Fox body Mustang. These cars are rated at 200 horsepower, but anyone who has driven a Fox Body can tell you it feels like a lot more! Options include a rare factory-option sunroof, side louvers, Ultra alloy wheels, brand new radial tires, A/C (needs charge), cloth seats, tilt steering wheel, power steering, power brakes, AM/FM/Cassette, power windows, power locks, and the roll up trunk cover. Mustang logo rear passenger window etchings, and last but not least - the factory-original spare tire. This factory black GT was built in the Dearborn, MI Assembly Plant in April 1986 with the rare "Articulated Sport" charcoal cloth interior with the red accent trim. That trim has been further accented with a red leather steering wheel cover and red 5.0 floormats. Other new parts include the alternator and battery. These cars are becoming highly collectible, and you rarely see them with a sunroof! With 96,000 miles, this car has a lot of life left to give. It is hard to find these in an unmolested state, but this one is very close. It has a cold air intake, but is pretty stock other than that.
