This pony car has a great look in Wimbledon White with a black top and black interior. Alloy wheels bring a modern touch to the exterior. Inside you will find black vinyl bucket seats with deluxe seat backs, a center console with cupholders, an AM/FM/CD player, and a sporty black shifter knob. Look closer and you will see it is a 5-speed manual! That makes for a lot more fun, and better fuel economy than the 3 and 4 speeds Ford offered in 1965. That transmission is backing up a very special 200 CID Inline 6-cylinder engine. The engine was professionally rebuilt and had a healthy Comp Cams camshaft installed, along with full-length headers, an HEI distributor with LiveWire spark plug wires, and a bigger carburetor. This 6-cylinder is no slouch! This Mustang was restored in 2010 mechanically and cosmetically with new quarter panels, new floor pans, new paint, engine rebuild, transmission install, and more. In 2018 the interior was freshened up with new embroidered floor mats, a new steering wheel and the center console. We have quite a bit of documentation from the prior owners of this Mustang, along with receipts for the work performed going back to the 2010 restoration.
