1930 Oldsmobile 3-Window 2-Door

This is a real deal, all steel 1930 Oldsmobile 3-window coupe. It has been completely restored and customized with more power, more options, better comfort and killer good looks. Lets start with the exterior. The roof has been chopped to a level that is noticeable, but still leaves the car drivable. American Racing chrome Torq Thrust wheels have been added for a modern touch, and they give a peek at the upgraded brakes. The headlights are upgraded to units with LED strips and internal turn signals mounted to a gloss black light bar. Custom billet bumpers have been made for the car and they give a subtle unique accent to both ends of this street rod. Inside is complete with bucket seats and a custom center console. The custom door panels and headliner take it to the next level. Details like a billet tilt column with banjo steering wheel and Stewart Warner gauges do a good job of blending new and old styles in one vehicle. Wilwood brake and clutch pedals not only feel great, but also look amazing. Mechanically, nothing is what it was back in 1930. The engine is a built 455 V8 with a March serpentine belt system, aluminum radiator with electric fan, billet overflow, shorty coated headers, MSD distributor, finned valve covers, and an Inglese fuel injection system. That power is routed to a 4-speed manual transmission with a scatter shield and a Hurst shifter and then out back to a Corvette C4 rear end. The front and rear ends are both C4 Corvette which gives you adjustable coil over shocks on all four corners along with four-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. Power rack and pinion steering makes driving this custom Oldsmobile a breeze. The exhaust is routed from the headers down to big true dual exhaust with electric cut outs, if youre in the mood to draw more attention to yourself. If not, let it run through the mufflers and exit in front of the rear tires in custom rectangular tips. The trunk lid is all power and opens at the flip of a switch and reveals the fuel cell and some room for storage. Under the trunk is an electric hide-away license plate bracket. You can now drive to the show legally, and then tuck the plate and bracket away at the show so it doesnt detract from the rear end of this beautiful street rod. The frame is done in a gloss black and you could eat off the underside of this hot rod Olds. This is very similar to the always popular Ford Model A and Chevrolet coupes of the era.
