There isnt much cooler than a Pontiac GTO, and a drop top with tri-power just takes it over the top! The Bluemist Slate metallic paint is absolutely gorgeous and fits the feel of this car very well. Accented with a black convertible top and redline radial tires which ties directly to the red pinstripe and Ram Air decals, this car is sure to draw stares! This GTO has been fully restored including an engine rebuilt with only 1,800 miles on the build. The black vinyl interior is all new and show quality. Hurst chrome 5-spoke wheels look great and show off the drilled and slotted front rotors. The 389 CID V8 is topped with a tri-power setup which is highly desirable. It is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter and 4.11 gears out back. This GTO will get up and going in a hurry! Power steering, power brakes, power antenna and a power top make this car a joy for anyone to drive. A classic look modern AM/FM radio with AUX input has been installed. This keeps a stock look while providing modern music options. The trunk is nicely restored as well with correct spatter paint, trunk mat and spare tire. With only 11,311 convertible GTOs produced in 1965, you probably wont see another one at the shows you attend.
