Survivor Classic Cars Tampa is proud to present this extremely clean 1940 Ford Pickup. New for the 1940 model year a redesigned body with a high, flat-topped hood and wide grille, a fixed windshield with cowl-mounted wipers, and sealed-beam headlamps making it truly unique.

It is finished in the perfect antique truck color combination of teal and white for a truly classic look! The running boards and bed are covered in paint color matched bed liner so you can use them without worrying about damage. American Racing Torque thrust wheels bring a slightly more modern feel to this vintage beauty and the stance is to die for! The paint and brightwork show well and it is ready to bring to the next local cruise in!

The interior is upholstered in matching teal and white vinyl with a custom center console! It truly is one of a kind and also features autometer gauges, tilt steering column, power windows, an AM FM CD Bluetooth stereo, and nice cold vintage air conditioning. The fit and finish is great and it is a comfortable ride thanks to the plush bench seat.

 This 40 Ford steel body sits atop an early Chevy S10 chassis making it drive far better than the primitive chassis that these came with from the factory. Under the hood lies a 350CI V8 engine mated to a 4 speed manual transmission. Talk about an upgrade over the 85hp Flathead that would have come in this truck from the Factory! Power steering and power front disc brakes makes this beauty an absolute breeze to drive! The engine is dressed nicely and features an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and four barrel carburetor. Electronic ignition and a large aluminum radiator help ensure that the truck will fire up every time and stay nice and cool after it does.
