This T-bird has a long, sleek hood hiding a big 428 cubic inch V8 and 3-speed automatic transmission. Marketed as a personal luxury coupe, this long-nose dream boat eats up the road and spits out pure bliss for its occupants. The V8 was originally rated at 345 hp, and was designed to easily and smoothly bring this classy coupe up to speed without a fuss. While certainly not a racecar, the T-bird easily cruises with modern traffic.
The Diamond green paint was redone at some point in the vehicles life. The interior is believed to be mostly original, and there is no evidence of panel replacement or previous damage repair. The brakes are efficient and effective at slowing this T-bird to a safe stop. The suspension is compliant and flattens out the bumps without feeling floaty or numb.
