1987 Chevrolet EL Camino SS Choo Choo Customs

We are very pleased to offer this stunning 1987 Chevrolet El Camino SS Choo Choo Custom. These were offered by Chevrolet dealers from 1983 to 1987 and were an appearance package that gave these cars a much sportier look from every angle. There were only 4,950 total and only 861 in 1987 making this a rare collectible. This Super Sport was given the power it always should have had via a Jasper crate 383 stroker putting down 385 horsepower and 440 lb ft of tire melting torque! It is built with an Edelbrock Oval Elite II Series air cleaner, Endurashine intake manifold, Chevy bowtie valve covers, chrome pullies, alternator and water pump, Hedman headers, high output Derale fans, shroud and adjustable controller. An Endurashine Edelbrock Thunder Series AVS 4-barrel 800 CFM carburetor looks great and makes sure that thirsty stroker gets plenty of fuel! A rebuilt Turbo 350 transmission backs up that engine with a new torque converter installed at the time of rebuild. Inside is subtly custom with gray and black cloth seats, Dakota Digital gauges that light up red to match the dash stitching, custom door panels, headliner, carpet, steering wheel and B&M floor shifter to keep you in control. An AM/FM/CD player has been added for your listening pleasure, unless youd rather listen to the sweet sound coming from the Hedman headers running to dual exhaust. This El Camino isnt just show and go, it also has upgraded steering and suspension. A new 3 lowering kit with new ball joints, tie rod ends, springs, shocks and Precision calipers with drilled and slotted rotors on the power front disc brakes. Pirelli Z-rated radial tires wrap American Racing Special Edition chrome 17 wheels that not only look phenomenal, but give this car plenty of bite! Out back we have a custom color matched locking hard tonneau cover that keeps your possessions nice and dry in the carpeted bed. A color matched roll pan finishes off the rear of this car nicely.
