If Germany made a Jeep, it would be the Volkswagen Thing! These are tough and rugged SUVs with removable doors, fold down windshield and easily removable top provides for a full open driving experience. VW Things are easy to work on and cheap to maintain, making them fun to own. They are basically adult go carts! This example has just had a lot of money invested, making it ready to show and enjoy. The body was just repainted in a cool Sand Beige color with black fenders and bumpers. Match that with a black top, and you've got a real head turner. The inside is the best part with cloth seats in a cool vintage pattern with wood floormats, a wooden steering wheel, wood shifter knob!

This VW Thing just received new lights, door handles, mirrors, a repaint, and more! The engine is stock and fired right up! It drives out really well, and is a ton of fun. These Volkswagens are basically big go-carts for adults! The 1,700 CC engine is peppy and sounds great through dual exhaust. The 4-speed manual transmission works as it should and adds to the excitement of driving The Thing! Put up the top and side curtains to keep the sun off your face, or drop the top and store the side curtains in the trunk for an open air ride to the beach!
